At Grizzle-T Dog Sledding health and safety are our top priorities. We have put several measures in place to keep all our guests and guides safe before, during and after your dog sledding adventure.
**During this unprecedented time, EVERYTHING is subject to change**
Face Masks REQUIRED
All staff and Guests are required by state and county orders to wear a Face Mask / Face Covering / Buff at all times at our facility both outside or inside and on the Grizzle-T shuttle vehicle.
We have increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour and will have hand sanitizer available to all our guests. Sleds and shuttles are cleaned between tours
Guests are asked to keep at a safe 6 foot distance from those not in your immediate family group during instructions and on the tour.
(some exceptions may occur if help is needed from a guide and staying at a distance is unavoidable for your or the dogs safety)
We believe it is our social responsibility to do our best to minimize the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our guests and staff are always a top priority. We monitor closely and periodically update company guidance based on the most up to date recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, State, and Local guidelines.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure, we are conducting daily wellness checks with staff to ensure that they are healthy and symptom-free. Additionally we will be sending a “COVID-19 Self Screening Waiver” to all guests 24 hours prior to your trip to self-report to us if any risk factors have occurred within 14 days of your scheduled trip.
Your honesty affects everyone around you and the livelihood of all our guides. PLEASE contact us immediately if you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms so we can work with you to reschedule or cancel your tour.
Grizzle-T will be performing temperature checks upon arrival at our facility or prior to boarding our shuttle. Unfortunately we are unable to allow anyone who has a fever of 100.4 F / 38 C or higher to participate in our tours or to ride in our shuttle.
*Cancellations that occur the day of your tour due to a fever or other symptoms will not be refunded. Grizzle-T has the right to refuse service without refund to anyone not following these guidelines and honoring the health and safety of our guides and other guests.
